Napa Valley Private Label Wine Terms of Use and Service Agreement
The Website at www.NapaValleyPrivateLabelWine.com is owned and operated by Savage Wine, LLC dba Napa Valley Private Label Wine. Access to and use of this Internet Web site (referred to as this site) are governed by the terms and conditions set forth below and by applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations. By browsing, visiting, or otherwise accessing or using this site, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below. As used in this site, the terms NVPLW and SCWP are intended to include Napa Valley Private Label Wine and Stoney Creek Wine Press.
Age Restrictions
All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. In California, law prohibits the purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21. HENCE, ALL ALCOHOL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY A PERSON 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. By using this site you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21.
NapaValleyPrivateLabelWine.com makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from NapaValleyPrivateLabelWine.com is over the age of 21. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door" will be ignored!
It is recommended that you have your wine shipped to a work address, or one where an adult will be available to sign for your shipment. IN THE EVENT THAT NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT AFTER THREE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, THE CARRIER WILL RETURN THE SHIPMENT TO THE SENDER AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A SHIPPING RETURN FEE OF $35. If at that time you wish to have the wine re-shipped, you will be billed again for the cost of shipping the box.
If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, NapaValleyPrivateLabelWine.com may prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law.
Legal Disclaimer
You assume and take title to your wine in California upon purchase. You are responsible for the shipment of all orders you place with NapaValleyPrivateLabelWine.com. By placing an order, you authorize NapaValleyPrivateLabelWine.com to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier (i.e., UPS) to deliver your order where you want it delivered. NapaValleyPrivateLabelWine.com acts only as your agent for the shipping/delivering of your wine. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wine into any state. You are solely responsible for the shipment of your gift box and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having your wine shipped to the recipient. Once the wine has left our facility, the buyer is solely responsible for any loss or damage.

Shipping Policy
Wine is heat-sensitive. NapaValleyPrivateLabelWine.com makes every effort possible to ship our wine in conditions that are safe for the contents. We typically ship on Mondays to ensure packages can arrive safely at their destinations before the end of the week.
During warmer months, we strongly recommend upgrading to 2-Day Air or Next Day Air to prevent damage to the product.
We reserve the right to hold shipments during especially hot periods, but we cannot take responsibility for product damaged in transit due to heat exposure.
Undeliverable Shipments
If the carrier is unable to deliver the wine, and it is returned to us, you will be notified and a return shipping and restocking fee of $35 will be charged to you. When a replacement address is provided, a $10 reshipping fee will be charged.
