SHIPPING INFORMATION
Important things to remember when ordering wine:
- WINE CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.
- WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES.
- SOMEBODY MUST BE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE WINE WHO IS 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAS PHOTO I.D.
Shipping times vary depending upon your location. The standard shipping options for all orders is UPS. Your order will typically arrive within 3-4 weeks of placing your order.
Express Shipping
Express orders are will typically arrive within 2 weeks of placing your order. NOTE: if you need your wine sooner, please call 1-707-300-6520.
These delivery time frames are guidelines and NOT guarantees. Occasionally, events outside our control, e.g. especially inclement weather, will cause delays in order delivery. If you MUST have an order by a certain date, please contact our customer service department at info@NapaValleyPrivateLabelWine.com.
Please note: GSO and FedEx both require an adult signature (21 years of age or older) to deliver alcoholic beverages. They WILL NOT leave the package unattended. Please take this into consideration if you have a tight timeframe. We recommend shipping to a business address.
Benefits of Using a Commercial Delivery Address
We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Having your order shipped to your work address provides all the following benefits:
- Your order may arrive early. Commercial address deliveries for all levels of service typically arrive earlier in the day then at residential addresses.
- You will experience fewer driver errors with deliveries to commercial addresses. GSO and FedEx Drivers know their commercial routes like the back of their hands (if not better).
Where We Ship
Please note not all addresses can receive a wine shipment. We are continually working to add states to our distribution network.
Shipping Rates
The exact shipping charge is calculated during the checkout process, and is based on a combination of items ordered, the ship-to destination, and the shipping methods selected. Wine shipments are typically bulky and heavy, and many states require a complicated distribution system for delivery. It is this combination of factors which account for shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with the link to track your package.
Refund & Return Policy
We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an e-mail to info@NapaValleyPrivateLabelWine.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
