Purchase Agreement

All orders submitted through Custom Wine Source are subject to following purchase agreement. When submitting your order, you will be prompted to confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below:

Orders placed through this website are intended for personal use and not for unlicensed resale. Label designs may not include misleading and/or incorrect wine identifying information. In the event that incorrect varietal, vintage, or ABV information is specified, we reserve the right to update your label content to match the wine you have purchased.

Wine shipments are subject to strict Government Regulations. We recommend taking the following steps to ensure a trouble-free delivery:

• Ensure that someone over the age of 21 will be available to sign for the package. Photo ID is required.
• If possible, ship your order to a BUSINESS address. Couriers will typically attempt delivery during business hours on weekdays, so using a business address is a good way to ensure that someone will be present at all times to sign for delivery.
• If sending your order as a gift, be sure to let your recipient know when the package is on its way, and that someone will need to be be present for delivery.

Couriers will typically make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If they are unable to successfully deliver your order, it will be shipped back to the winery at your expense. You will then be charged again to have the wine re-shipped.
